PlanV Software is a United States based company that includes a team of very senior US based program managers and an offshore development center based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. English is our official business language. All of our engineers are fluent in English. Additionally we also have engineers skilled in Japanese and French.

Our development center is ISO 9001 and CMMI level 4 certified. This center is staffed with over 400 employees that have been providing software engineering services for over 7 years.

Each of our US based Program Management team members has over 15 years of experience managing software development programs in areas such as:

Technology

PlanV software engineers have experience with a wide range of operating systems, programming languages, and technologies. We have worked extensively on PC and UNIX platforms developing web and back office applications. We also have worked on DSPs and other embedded platforms for our clients.

PlanV engineers also have experience with state of the art software testing methodologies and tools. Our engineers use Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box testing techniques. Automated testing tools that are used include Win Runner, Rational Robot, Test Director, and many others.

Product Development and Management Processes (CapV)

PlanV Software offers a complete set of software life cycle processes and tools that may be transferred to your organization. We recognize that early stage companies likely do not have the time and resources available to define and implement the software management processes necessary for successful remote engineering, therefore, when you partner with PlanV software we will transfer our ISO 9001 and CMMI level 4 processes to you.

The foundation of our powerful Program Management capabilities is the PlanV Collaborative Agile Program management tool or CapV. The CapV tool allows our client team and the PlanV Engineering team to collaborate on project requirements and issues through the entire life cycle, from inception to customer acceptance. This web based tool allows new requirements to be input at any time. Requirements then pass through a workflow which includes states for review , estimation, scheduling, development, test, etc. Management reports enable real-time visibility into the status of all project requirements, issues, etc. CapV and our program management approach allow us to embrace and effectively mange the change that is a natural component to all new product development activities.
