Projects
Following are brief descriptions of a few sample projects that have been completed for our clients: |
This project was for development of a NQMS that allowed monitoring, analyzing and controlling quality based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The NQMS was designed and developed to support the service quality management cycle through the following functions: |
DSP (Digital Signal Processing) Software Development |
Embedded Programming for Network Devices |
Mobile Device Programming |
The WMS project developed an application to manage sorting, inspection and picking processes in a warehouse. WMS interfaces to mobile devices and performs statistical analysis of operations. The touch screen mobile device uses Personal Java technology. To provide a graphical user interface (GUI) that guides workers in all tasks. Development is based on Windows NT/2K, J2EE, Java Beans, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, JMS, J2ME, Servlet, XML, Personal JVM, Wireless LAN, IEEE 802.11b, and Swing. |
This project developed licensable DSP IP components on ZSP Cores for the following codecs (not limited to): MP3, JPEG, MJPEG, AMR, OGG, MIDI and MPEG. It was aimed at a variety of devices from hand-helds that have small memory space and require long battery life to line-powered units. The project objectives were to reduce costs, simplify the programming model, and reduce the time-to-market for device manufacturers. |
This project focused on porting the Java Virtual Machine (Kilo Virtual Machine) and additional integrated functions to provide a flexible J2ME platform for mobile applications. The KVM supports the latest J2ME profile such as CLDC1.0, CLDC1.1, MIDP1.0, and MIDP2.0. Additional functions included in the project were JSRs (Java Specification Request) which support wireless messaging (JSR-120, 205), and mobile multimedia in JSR-135 (Tone, Wav, Mp3, Midi, etc.). The KVM and its application are deployed in popular mobile platforms such as Symbian, WinCE (WM-2002, WM-2003) and specialized platform likes TTPCOM. |
This project was to develop embedded networking software for multiple hardware platforms and network processors using the next generation IP protocol (IPv6). In addition to development, the project team also provided testing tools that automated the functionality and performance test of networking devices. Development was based on, C, PHP, and TCL/TK on FreeBSD, NetBSD, Linux and Embedded Linux, using the routing protocols: IPsec, VPN, RIP, RIPng, OSPF, and BGP. |
The ERP e-Procurement System project was a web-based technology that managed the overall procurement procedure, vendor’s information, and provided automatic report generation. The ERP e-Procurement System is able to automate the control of all budget amendments and fiscal reports to other information systems in an organization. This web application is developed based on Windows 2K, MVC Model2 architecture (Struts), JavaScript, SVF (Super Visual Formade for Report API Library)/Jasper Report, Oracle, and XML |
This project involved analyzing, designing and implementation of a web-based application and services to automate a mortgage lending operation. The external Web Service back-end application provided a tight B2B integration between suppliers for title, appraisal, and signing functions. Development was based on Microsoft .NET Framework, Visual Studio .NET, C#, and SQL Server. |

· Collect service quality data from network elements · Display quality data for operators and end users · Detect and notify service quality problems · Analyze causes of service quality problems · Analyze trends of service quality The NQMS is based on a highly scalable UNIX/CORBA distributed infrastructure and offers a Web-based client using J2EE technology. |
This project developed tools for the management of an online real estate business. The system includes a work-flow engine to manage all activities related to purchase and sale of real estate. This system is developed using Linux, Apache with SSL, Tomcat, Oracle 9i. |
